iHeart Gets 3 Seattle Stations From CBS/Entercom

KFNQ 1090, KJAQ 96.5 and KZOK 102.5 (all CBS) will become the property of iheart in a deal that helps clear the way for the CBS Radio-Entercom merger… ALL ACCESS…Now, iHeart will have to spin-off 2 FM stations in Seattle (KFOO and KUBE are being sold)…Amused – Seeing Hollywood’s finest being accused of sexual shenanigans and the lame apologies (Dustin Hoffman) “I am sorry. It is not reflective of who I am.” BS! It is exactly who he is. They are all hypocrites..House of Cards (Netflix) production now suspended since Kevin Spacey has been accused of attempting to groom teenage boy (Pedophilia or paedophilia is a psychiatric disorder in which an adult or older adolescent experiences a primary or exclusive sexual attraction to prepubescent children.)

Tribune Media’s Chairman, Bruce Karsh, stepped down from the board on Oct. 26 and will not be replaced. The Sinclair purchase of Tribune is about to be wrapped up. Soon just a handful of companies will own all radio and TV stations…Have you added the NextRadio app to your smart-phone? Local radio stations are available through the app. It is sort of like having a transistor radio once again…Everytime I tune through the FM dial and hit KMPS, sounds to me like I am listening to rap music. The country tunes don’t have that country sound anymore. Other than KIRO FM for news, the only station I listen to for music is KNKX 88.5 (jazz and blues). Unfortunately, NPR comes with that listening choice. Not a fan.
