A 14 veteran of WFIL, Jay Cook spent a number of those years at the helm as Program Director. Later, he was the man responsible for importing Memphis morning man Rick Dees to KIIS-FM in Los Angeles.

This recording was made just over a week before the ’68 election. Listen for the Nixon / Republican party ad and news of other candidates campaign itineraries.
