  1. Jason, this brings back wonderful memories when in 1954 Seattle’s great talent, Buck Ritchey would play Stuart Hamblen singing “This Old House” on KVI’s Chuck Wagon Jamboree!

      1. Rosemary Clooney took it to #1 in late 1954 (as This Ole House). I think Stan Freeman played the harpsichord. It’s flip, Hey There, hit #1 about a month earlier.
