Now Hear This! Greaseman WYSP/Philadelphia 1993

Doug Tracht takes listener calls and riffs on clothing styles, marriage and boxing. The Washington Post noted that he was the highest paid DJ in D.C. (WWDC) during 1987, making $400,000 a year. His show was syndicated by Infinity Broadcasting Corporation for five years, from January 1993 until January 1998. During 1994 his audience was estimated at 2.5 million listeners each day.

This is the show airing on Philadelphia’s Classic Rock WYSP.

Oh, to be allowed to sit in front of a microphone and get paid huge dollars for our own stream of consciousness.
Grease is the word!
