  1. I understand some of this, but what in the world is an “Antitrust Whistleblower Policy” as relates to a broadcast employee???
    Just to be on the safe side, if I hear that J.P. Morgan and John D Rockefeller plan to merge their radio-tv holdings, I’ll contact Teddy Roosevelt immediately.

  2. Avoid contact with HR. Whistleblower? You will be a marked man once you bring an issue to HR. Document everything and hold on to it, if you have to take a matter to HR. But, avoid such conflicts if you can.
