So, Whites are mediocre and only non-binary colored people are quality employees. In Travis Mayfield’s world, that is how it is seen through rainbow-colored glasses.
I worked in a corporate environment for 45 years. The gay employees spent more time talking about their latest sexual exploits and showing off their selfies, pink hair, and nail color rather than putting in a good day’s work. They slid by because managers had to promote gays and colored people due to quotas that had to be filled.
Mayfield keeps pushing his agenda. Where is the inclusion here Travis? You are marginalizing White people and name-calling. Mediocre (ouch!) Who built the company? Were they black? Queer?

  1. I use the term “colored people” because it means the same as “people of color”, in fewer words. Brevity is the soul of wit.

    1. Hiring based on merit. Who can d the best job. Coming to work equipped to learn and excel. Race, sexual preference and gender not considered.
      Nah!! That won’t work anymore.

  2. I’m sure there is no more diverse workforce in the world than the employees of King County Metro. I survived sixteen years there by following a simple seven-word mantra: “Show up, do the work, get along.”

    1. Simple. Yet, somany can’t fall in line and want special treatment. They want to be moved yo the front of the line and get special treatment, regardless of qualifications or lack thereof.

  3. Let’s be clear, it takes a LOT of pot/coke/heroin to believe this leftist/commie BS.

    This is all part of a back door strategy to install tyranny in the western world since they can’t roll tanks down the streets and tell people to surrender to communism or something as obvious like that and get results.

  4. FTVLive says they are hearing things: Insiders say that the station has lost a number of people of color and things appear to be getting worse. Sources say a manager recently made an inappropriate comment to a Black employee and that employee has now decided to leave the station.

    If the employees are complaining that they have not been promoted, maybe they just don’t deserve it. On the other hand, if they are being called names, FOX management should know better. Maybe there will be more diversity training. I don’t know, it’s been years since I sat in on diversity training, but I am guessing there are better ways for a white executive to praise an employee for a job well done, other than saying, “You my nigga!”

    Another tip to Q13 management– When you are leaving the building to go have a cigarette, you should not announce that you are going out to “Smoke a fag.” This could be misinterpreted by the likes of Travis Mayfield. He may or may not be offended/titillated by this.

    I am guessing FOX will now ramp up the hiring of colored people. Regardless of their qualifications.

    *At this point, it is not known exactly what was said or what actions were taken. These may even be false accusations by disgruntled employees.
